Step Five – Hiring and Managing Employees

Will you be hiring and managing employees?

Unless you plan to run your business by yourself or with one or more partner(s), you will have to manage employees. There are important legal and other considerations to be aware of if you will have employees. You will want to hire smart, capable people, keep them and manage them within the regulatory environment.
